The General Maintenance Division of Proficient Property Management (Pty) Ltd is responsible for odd jobs and the general upkeep and complete painting of the properties we manage.

 

The Maintenance Division is responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of the properties within our portfolio.  This team of skilled employees is directed by a dedicated, experienced manager and offers a full range of revamping services; including:

  • Sanding and / or varnishing of windows and doors.
  • Painting (using only the best quality paints and experienced painters).
    Small-scale – interiors, garden walls, etc...
    Large-scale – painting of large office blocks and complexes.
  • Damp sealing (protecting windows, doors, roofs and ceilings against water damage and leaking).
  • Tiling of floors, showers and walls.
  • High pressure cleaning to rid surfaces of algae, mould and major dirt build-up.
  • Adhoc handyman tasks.

Cleaning services

Our quick, personolised cleaning service is available on a once-off or a contractual basis.  The cleaning staff are uniformed, neat and efficient.  Our staff are available to clean homes before or after a big move, small offices, and the communal areas of blocks of flats and complexes.  Some of our cleaning services include:

  • Cleaning of windows.
