PPM Cleaning Service was established in 2001 as the need for this service arose from our clients. This was an opportunity to provide a holistic property management service too currently over 31 buildings and community schemes contractually and host of ad hoc clients.
Our professional personalised cleaning service is available on a once-off or a contractual basis. The cleaning staff are uniformed, neat, efficient and in addition we address all disciplinary and statutory concerns.
Our staff are available to clean homes before or after a big move, especially rental properties, small offices, and the communal areas of blocks of flats and community schemes.
High-quality chemicals and equipment are used to ensure that your home or office is absolutely clean and neat all monitored by our professional cleaning supervisor.
Our Cleaning Services Include:
- Sweeping and vacuuming / mopping of all floor surfaces.
- Cleaning of windows. (No High Rise buildings)
- Dusting all interior surfaces and window sills.
- Polishing of wooden surfaces.
- Shining of brass.
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Cleaning and sweeping of driveways and outdoor paths.
- General Sanitising
In addition we offer:

- Grass cutting
