Our Team Members have all been carefully and specifically chosen for their length of service in and specialized knowledge relating to the property industry.
As a member of SEESA and related industry bodies our team members undergo constant training with regards to legislation and industry changes specific to their job functions, and thus are capable of providing our clients with service delivery at the highest level.
The Director and required staff hold Fidelity Fund Certificates and our Director is also NQF5 compliant.
At Proficient Property Management we believe that each Team Member plays a pinnacle part in the company’s ability to provide a service delivery second to none and thus we in still the company ethos across our Community Scheme Management, Sales and Rental, Services and Cleaning divisions.
